It wasn’t too long ago when we learned that Zack Snyder would be stepping down from Justice League due to personal issues. It came as quite the shock to the fan base Snyder has grown since directing Man of Steel, and his overall crafting hand in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).

One of the main questions that is always thrown around is what Snyder’s future involvement in the DCEU would be come the essential aftermath of the essential failure that was Justice League‘s bombing at the box office.

Now Snyder’s involvement of the aforementioned seemed to be to a large degree scrubbed, as was his initial vision of the movie. This due to supposed desires (of executives) for Snyder to be fired after what they saw as a “poor performance” by the $800+M Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Though we got an answer from Snyder, himself, via Vero where a fan asked him, “Are you still a producer for Wonder Woman 2?” to which he responded, “Oh yes.”

This doesn’t come as quite the surprise as Brent Lang of Variety reported had last year,

There are no immediate plans for Snyder to direct another DC movie, though he is producing or executive producing several, including “Wonder Woman 2” and “Aquaman.”

So expect to see Snyder’s name attached to the upcoming James Wan‘s Aquaman and next year slated Patty Jenkins‘ Wonder Woman 2.
